About

Stav Marin is a choreographer, dancer, and educator whose work interlaces body, voice, and language. Her award-winning performances, presented at leading international festivals and theatres, explore questions of identity and politics through a unique fusion of movement and text.
Marin’s artistic research is rooted in the body as a site of expression, resistance, and transformation. She investigates the limitations and possibilities of language, carving out new spaces for a distinctly feminine voice. Her performances balance precision with vulnerability, blending theatricality, humor, and deeply personal perspectives.

In addition to her choreographic work, Marin served as Artistic Director of the Intimadance Festival in Tel Aviv and has held teaching and residency positions at universities and cultural institutions across Europe and the United States, including Tufts University, Brandeis University, and the Salzburg Summer Academy.
She is a certified yoga teacher and an experienced Ilan Lev Method practitioner, integrating embodied awareness and healing practices into both her creative and pedagogical work.
